Before getting this newer version, my previous Honda - this one a Civic, went over 260,000 miles and ran like a champ. It re-sold for $1,400 - meaning the car depreciated less than a thousand dollars in a decade and 130,000 miles. This car has been just as much a workhorse. While it is true that the little 4 banger engine does leave something to be desired, the car you get for the price more than makes up for it. It may not always be peppy, but at 25-30 miles per gallon, you rarely wish it had more juice. My first two cars were BMWs, and those things were trouble waiting to happen. On the other hand, my Hondas have always been both reliable and casual, the desire to race in them is non-existent. So while it may be a mom car in some respects, when it comes to moving across state or carrying three friends, the Honda cannot be beat.

I bought this car to accommodate my growing family, and I could not be happier. It drives smoothly, has ample space inside the cargo area as well as in the trunk, and is great on gas. I use it daily to commute to work and school and to run errands and visit local attractions with my family. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in a comfortable car that is great for daily travel.
