The proximity detection is flawless when you are up close and stick your hand in the handle and the car unlocks. Also, along with the EX-style car, you can turn on a feature called easy break. With this feature, you can auto break the car without actually pressing the break.

This was the first new car I had purchased and I think overall it is a very good car. Some of the most positive things about the car is that I really liked the styling of the vehicle. The sport package that I have is very handsome and I got many compliments on the looks of the car. The interior in very comfortable and many times I would ride around with 2 or 3 people with plenty of room for all of us. As far as the actual performance of the car, I did not have many issues at all. It never broke down on me and I kept up on regular maintenance like oil changes, brakes, shocks and tires. I really like the handling of the car, took corners very well and seemed like it really "stuck" to the road in wet or snowy conditions. However, I did not really like the acceleration of the car. Many times getting on the expressway I felt like it lagged quite a bit so I wish it had a little more power behind it.
