I did not feel like they were trying to upsell me or pressure me into buying a car when I wanted to browse around for a replacement for my family car. I felt relaxed and the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable about the cars. I felt like I received a fair price for the car and did not have to go through the hassle of bargaining too much as I had done my research and know that I received a fair price.

Jay was the dealership representative that helped me during my shopping trip. I was looking to purchase a plug in that I had heard they just received the day prior. It happened to be a fully loaded package containing specs that were preferable to my everyday needs. He showed me three other options(cars) that were similar electric and hybrid options but made it clear he was in no way looking to make me buy today. He wanted me to have the room I needed to make such an important decision.
