The dealership is staffed by incredibly helpful people. After graduating college and landing a well-paying job, I decided it was time to get a new car, as I had been driving a 2003 Accord until then and it was due to die. You know, because of college stuff. Anyway, I was wondering where to go and then my parents said Honda of Pasadena. I remember getting our Accord then which was passed down to me, I remember us getting other cars from there over the years. That was until us children grew older and my parents decided it was then safe to buy expensive luxury cars. You know, kids will be kids and destroy everything. . . Anyway, the staff made me feel welcome and were very considerate to help me. They didn't care about getting their commission, they just wanted to help a guy out.

This dealership is clean and the staff is professional and courteous. They truly make an effort to be friendly and helpful, and we constantly bring our cars in to be serviced here as well. As far as deals on new vehicles go, my father has purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and has been extremely pleased with the results.
