They had a comfortable waiting room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The restrooms were clean. They served freshly baked, hot cookies. The waiting room was clean and had a TV. We had to return unexpectedly in the next 2 days because of a dead battery and they replaced it at no cost. They had a no pressure approach on selling and were willing to negotiate our price and trade-in value.

while this dealership has its fair share of unhelpful employees or people who generally make it seem as if you shouldn't be there, if you know what you want and how to say it, you'll find this dealership straightforward and the car buying process painless. just be ready, i really have no complaints.
