The car we wanted wasn't on the lot so they looked at other dealerships until they found one. Then there was an issue with our financing but the money guy stayed until 8 to get everything straightened out. We went in that afternoon and walked out that night with the car we wanted at a good price.

We dealt with 2 other dealers before where we had gone into the store expecting to leave with a new car. This is the only one that treated us with any kind of respect. They understood there was a price we couldn't go over and worked with us to get the car we wanted at that price.
