I thought overall it was a very nice car. The exterior color was absolutely beautiful (a dark blue); the car seemed very sturdy. In the years I've driven it, I haven't had any issues with rattling with the heat shield, loose bearings or paint chipping. It handled phenomenally and was very easy to maneuver. I could easily fit it into a small parking spot without any problems, and when driving on the highway, the tires never rattled or shook. I did have a few minor issues during the course of my ownership, but the worst one was a faulty O2 sensor which was quickly fixed by the dealership. And I did have a problem with a ball bearing in the right front tire, but it was relatively cheap to fix. Altogether, despite the issues I have while driving it, I think it was an exceptional car and I'm already considering purchasing a new one in a couple of months.

The Sonata is extremely dependable. It rides very nicely and has many great features - leather interior, adjustable seat belts, double console storage plus storage under the dash, on the front car doors and behind the front seats. A V-6 engine gives good power while still being easy on gas. Traction control system, lighted mirrors on both sun visors, and an electronic moon roof that either slides all the way open or tilts up. It has spacious trunk space, with the ability to fold down the back seats for additional storage space. Power seats make it easy to adjust. Adjustable head rest, tilt steering wheel and cruise control are just some of the great features. Intermittent wipers are nice for those misty days, and how can anyone do without rear window defoggers? Another great feature is the power controlled side mirrors, easily adjusted from buttons on the driver door. Idiot alarms are always a necessity for me, and this one has them for when I've left the lights on or the keys in the ignition or forgotten to fasten my seat belt. For small children, the capacity to child-lock the rear doors and lock the windows from the driver's seat is especially appreciated.
