We bought this car for my wife to drive in 2013. She loved the look of it with the sleek design on the sides and loved the color. It looks tan... but I think Hyundai calls it grey. We get about 35 mpg with it, which we're very happy with. It rides pretty smoothly for midsized car. I drive the Hyundai Elantra, and hers rides much smoother than mine. It's held up very well after six years of driving. There have been a couple of recalls that were taken care of for free. In general, we're very happy with the purchase.

The Sonata has been a great, reliable ride. We've gone over 250,000 miles together, and we are still going strong, with only the most minimal of repairs. Mileage has been good throughout the life of the vehicle. I'm a large person, and many cars give me back aches as a result, but the Sonata's driver's seat is extremely comfortable and made my long-distance trips easy peasy. As used cars go, I think 2006 is the cut-off for about when Hyundai's reliability started trending upward. Highly recommend the Sonata for folks who need to do a lot of driving and want to do it in comfort and style.
