Our car is what I would call "practical". We have had some problems with it, including one that had nothing to do with the car itself--mice got in and chewed some wires. When we first got it, used, it seemed a nice step up, but yet affordable. We wanted a car that would be good in the snow in Wisconsin, haul the groceries, fit our grandchildren, but not be so large as to eat up a lot in gas. I would not call the car stylish or even fun. It is a very common car in this area, in a common color, a sort of reddish brownish, not a color that I generally like. The seats are comfortable and we do have one nice thing, a sun roof, and the sound system is pretty nice.

At first I liked it because it wasn't very large and had okay mileage, but it's actually quite uncomfortable. It needs way more maintenance than I can afford. It drives fine. I don't know if I would buy a stick shift again.

They were very respectful and helpful in finding the right car for me. If i were to buy another car in the future i would definitely go back to Ken Vance in Eau Claire.

The car salesman was extremely friendly. It was my first time buying a car and he made it a smooth process and explained everything very well to me. Another thing is that they have their cars priced right and not overpriced from the get go. There is no haggling because the price is at the lowest/fairest price in the beginning, also making the buying experience less stressful. I haven't gone to other dealerships, but there is no need after the great experience I had them.
