I really love the heated seats and remote start, great features for use in the colder months. Frequent issues with Bluetooth connection with my phone, would have loved a touchscreen with Apple CarPlay capability. A back-up camera would have been a nice additional feature. The most annoying thing is the lack of automatic headlights. I feel this is a safety feature that should be included on all vehicles. The gas mileage isn't great, but that's to be expected with the size of the vehicle. Seats are easy to fold down and lots of rear cargo space. Recently began making a strange rattling sound around the passenger rear tire and a loud clicking noise in the dash when unlocking vehicle or turning on A/C.
