I really enjoyed the customer service experience that I had at Bill Estes. I was nervous going in that I might not have qualified for a credit line based on my previous credit history, but they found me an affordable deal and helped me secure a vehicle that met my needs as well as wants. I was really pleased with the staff and the timing. It only took a few hours to complete the purchase, which was faster than most car dealership transactions I've had in the past.

We were helped by Jason and he was wonderful! Definitely the most friendly car salesmen that I had ever met. The atmosphere the company put forth was amazing.
