I have owned my Jeep Grand Cherokee for eight years. It is a very reliable vehicle in the northern climate of NE Wisconsin that I live in. We can get substantial amounts of snow in winter and the Jeep very easily rides through it. The Jeep does not sit low and that is one of the advantages that I enjoy, as sitting low to the highway is not my preference. I can see quite well in front of me. One of the disadvantages to sight is that it is difficult seeing from the back sides of the vehicle due to the small windows in the back seating section of the vehicle. The Jeep has two other drawbacks that deserve to be mentioned. First of all, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is a gas guzzling machine, do not expect to receive great fuel mileage as you won't, even in full time two wheel drive. Secondly, for some reason unknown to me, the front brakes wear out fast, as I've replaced them several times. Seating comfort is good in the front seats and the easy navigation of two wheel, and four wheel drive shift is quite easy all done from the shift console. All in all I still really enjoy my Jeep as it can be depended on in adverse conditions.
