The main reason I stayed with Jones when I was buying my vehicle, was because the salesman spent the time with me to order what I wanted, and didn't try and "sell" me on another product. I know this for a fact since the purchasing time for my vehicle in particular was happen during the time period when the car factories were shutting down (2009). I wanted to do cash for clunkers, but because of the botched method in which I needed to get my 1992 Jeep Cherokee submitted, I ended up missing out on the deal. Basically, I needed to be able to purchase a new vehicle at the time I was trading in my "clunker" (which to this day still had the best straight 6-cylinder engine ever made!), but the new Jeep I wanted (that was fully advertised by Jeep) wasn't available because the factories were closed. We tried to order another model year, but could because they "had stopped making that year and were only making the new model" (which again, wasn't being made because it wasn't that model year yet). It became comical the circular answer we kept receiving from Jeep. This salesman stuck it out with me for this vehicle, and we were finally able to special order a build as soon as the factories started again, and I received the first 2010 model of my vehicle in the state. On top of that, they honored my trade-in (since cash for clunkers was over because we waited to long trying to order my new one) at the same price as what clunkers would've given me. It was excellent service, not to mention free oil changes and a lifetime warranty on the engine when I continue taking it to them.

This vehicle was exactly as described in the post I found on cars.com. I was able to see it in person and drive it without any problems and the buying process was nice and smooth.
