Having less than stellar credit, I was not able to get a car from a buy here, pay here lot. They took the time to work with me on what was available and getting the payment to something I was able to budget for. Very welcoming, making sure that someone was available to assist at all times. Patient with me not knowing much about cars. Willing to answer any question that the person with me and I thought of. Followed up after purchase to check that the car was meeting needs and check in.

When I purchased my Kia, the dealer who worked with me was amazing. He wasn't pushy and overbearing and actually was very helpful and worked with me so I could get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. That isn't something I'm used to from car salesmen and I was quite taken aback by how easy it was to deal with him. When I have taken the car back for regular maintenance visits, I have always been treated courteously. The waiting area is large and has televisions to keep customers entertained as well as magazines and toys for their kids to play with.
