Overall, the Sorento is a great little SUV. It offers great fuel economy, good looks, and excellent build quality. I have a family of four, and it fits us all very comfortable. It's actually the only SUV in its class with a third row, most only have two. It has a V6 as well, so it really picks up when you hit the gas. It's price is great too, most Sorento's start out around 19k, I got mine, which is an EX, for just under 22k. It handles great too, much like a small sports car instead of a larger SUV. One thing I did dislike about the Sorento is the drivetrain options. I would have preferred AWD, which I think should be standard in the V6. Likewise, the color options available for third-seat Sorento's are slim. I had to get white because there were no other available colors.

The Sorento is perfect for our family with 2 daughters under 2. It is built with amazing quality. The backseat is super roomy where our daughters have been able to do extended rear facing in their car seats. We also love the space we have in the back for all of our baby necessities. The car runs like a dream. We get great gas mileage in city as well as on the highway. The engine runs super quiet. The only issue we have had is our back up camera only works when it works but we have not had it looked at as it is an extra and not necessary for the vehicle to run. We also love the Bluetooth so we can talk hands free and listen to our music. I would highly recommend this car to family and friends. We have a KIA Rondo before this and super glad we stayed with the Kia family.
