The dealer exceeded my expectations from the very beginning of negotiations. They dropped the 'suggested market markup' right off of the sticker price, and got me a super-low interest rate! They also allowed for me to bring my trade in, a motorcycle, a day later because of rainy conditions. Follow up service was excellent as well!
