I couldn't ask for a better car for myself. The Soul gets good gas mileage, has a spacious and comfortable interior with lots of head room and leg room. I was impressed with its high safety rating. Safety was a major concern when I was looking to buy and the Kia soul was a top pick of the year. It's only 4 cylinders but it has enough get-up-and-go. I would recommend KIA to everyone, I am a firm believer in their products.

The car has excellent gas mileage but a very small tank. I can fill it with about $20, and that $20 will get me reasonably far. However, with a lot of driving, I may have to fill up multiple times. It was an affordable car, but I've owned other Kias over the years and have found that the check engine light always malfunctions (usually a faulty o2 sensor), and the air conditioner will start to go out after about 3-5 years. The engine isn't the most powerful and sounds like I'm driving a lawn mower, but it gets me where I'm going.
