The staff were all very helpful and didn't push me into buying anything. The saleswoman I dealt with was very polite and personable and didn't come off too much as trying to sell me something, which was nice. The facility was very well kept and had free coffee for us while we waited around. The features of the car were all mentioned in an interesting way; there wasn't much fluff.
