Ray Catena Lexus is first class. Their facility is clean and as soon as you walk in there is a concierge to greet you. There dealership is clean, they offer food(drinks and snacks), have WIFi and TV for people waiting. Customer service is great, they have a huge staff to help. Loaner cars are available if you have your car in service and need to leave or come back. All around a great dealership.

Ray Catena Lexus has been an outstanding dealership experience for me. The sales process was smooth and the salesman were not overly pushy. What really sets them apart is their service. I bought a ES350 under their certified program, and their treatment of myself and the car in the two years I've been going there is outstanding. Waiting at the dealership for service is never a chore either, since their customer lounge is comfortable and always loaded with goodies. Of course I also have the option of a free loaner.
