Coming to this vehicle from a Jetta that was owned for about 12 hours, so it was a large upgrade (2001 Jetta to a 2014 Mazda 3). The ride and suspension is one of the first things I noticed that was different. Incredibly smooth acceleration and smooth and quiet ride at highway speeds. We have the 2.0 liter model, which has alright power though I would recommend getting the larger 2.5 liter if you are able for that extra bit of power. Amazing interior space, don't feel cramped in the front at all and back seat has plenty of room for me, I am 5'11" and 170 pounds.
Historia
Being able to take a trip to visit a zoo about two hours away without worrying about the vehicle dying on the way there or back was a huge stressor of our minds. Planning more long road trips now because of the car.
A Favor
Reliable, love the hatchback and the room that it offers. Very responsive handling and smooth ride.
En Contra
Could use a little more horsepower and the blind spots from the A-frames are quite large and take time getting used to.

There is not one single negative I can say about this car. This has been my favorite car IÕve ever owned! It is very responsive and handles like a dream! It has all of the bells and whistles one can ask for. It has very good pick up, and I beat any challenge to race every time! IÕve often said that the only thing this car doesnÕt do is tell me to stop because thereÕs a handsome guy!
Historia
I was next to a Porsche at a red light by my house. On the other side of this intersection it quickly changes to one lane. When the light turned green, the Porsche tried to race ahead of me, but I beat them with ease! They tried to go around me into the oncoming traffic, but they failed and had to file in behind me in second place!
