After making a mistake the dealer went ahead and sold me my car for the price of a lesser car, after they had made me go through the hassle of haggling and filling out paper work for hours. It turned out they had written some numbers wrong on the paperwork and we were discussing a different car than the one I wanted. I left angry, and the next day they called me back and sold me the vehicle at the price we agreed to.

Carmax was amazing because we felt no pressure whatsoever when shopping for our car. We test drove a couple different cars so that we could get a feel for what we liked. Bret answered all of our questions and made sure that we felt completely comfortable and had all the answers we needed during the car buying process. I don't think that we will ever buy a car anywhere else other than Carmax. They are completely different than any other car dealership we have ever dealt with and they have great employees that all clearly share the values of the company.

I did not feel pushed to quickly buy a car, I got to spend the amount of time I wanted with each car I test drove and had my questions answered succinctly.
