It's a nice car, it's cute and small and looks very elegant. I like the design, it gives a sleek and sophisticated impression. It's very small though and might not be suitable for stuff like family trips/vacations, but it's nice and comfortable. It seats five people, two in the front, three in the back but not necessarily five people's luggage if you're planning a longer trip. It drives very well, fast, but is a little louder than I'd like, it's a very small car but sounds like a big car starting up.
Historia
Driving it around to the beach, my kids were so excited the first time they went in the car.
A Favor
It looks very nice and attractive, a car you'd wanna take pictures with and show off to all your friends. It also has good safety ratings and also a good gas mileage. The price range is quite affordable and you get a good bang for your buck. My favorite feature is the ability to interface my smartphone with the car, which is very helpful since it's against the law here to drive and hold a phone, so with this feature it makes it possible to drive and talk on the phone at the same time "hands free".
En Contra
A huge con is that this car only has two doors and you have to fold the front seats in order to get in the back seat, and even then you can only do that on one side. That's hard especially when having to install big, bulky convertible car seats in the back seat for my kids. The access is very small and it's very hard to get the car seats in. Also, since it's a very small car, some rear-facing convertible car seats won't fit because the space between the back seat and the front seat is too small. Also another major con is that because of the design of the back seat cushions, some car seats ... (more)

I've always loved the old British MINIs, and when the Countryman came out, I thought it was too good to be true! Since we have two kids, I didn't thing a standard Cooper would be big enough, but the Countryman is perfect and sexy! First of all, people who buy automatic transmission cars should not buy a MINI. They are meant to be performance vehicles, and they are definitely way more fun to drive with a manual transmission! I am a woman, and even I know its a travesty to opt for a transmission when buying a motor like this! My only two negatives are relatively minor things: the cup holders are in a bad spot where you often can't comfortably fit a drink (especially when driving manual) and the visors are two small to really be helpful in blocking the sun if its coming from the side. I bought a used mini deep freezer, when I arrived to pick it up, the seller starts laughing thinking it wouldn't fit in my car. When I fit it, I asked them who was laughing now.
A Favor
Fun to drive. The main reason I wanted a Mini was because they looked so fun to drive. Once I got behind the wheel, I knew it was a good choice. They can quickly go fast, make turns without a problem, and can practically park anywhere. I don't really care to drive, but when I do, I want it to be in a fun car. Of all of the vehicles I have owned, the Mini has been the most fun.
En Contra
Mini knows you want one. When people shop around for a car, they can bounce from dealership to dealership without really expressing they want a particular type of car. Unfortunately, when shopping for a Mini, most dealers will know that you want one of those in particular. If you express you drove a long way, loved them for years, etc., then they can turn that against you.

2016 MINI Cooper Clubman - Sluggish, but convenient.

The Mini Cooper Clubman works great as an entry level vehicle for people new to the MINI brand. While having the stylings of a regular MINI, it has some of the features of a larger sedan or wagon, with four doors and plenty of cargo space. However, one thing lacks on the standard model, and that is power. While their is a turbo that comes standard with the vehicle and a "sport" mode, this MINI is not as zippy and quick as its more classic counterpart, the Hardtop.
Historia
Being able to get past slower traffic with relative ease while commuting. Also it is great for making road trips as well with the amount of space you have for luggage. If you are adventurous, camping is also a possibility!
A Favor
Faster than most vehicles for the price range. Great storage and mileage.
En Contra
Slow, some inconveniences with the center console layout.
