The waiting room was the best part, to be honest. It was large, updated, and relaxing. It provided a children's play area, which was critical for us, having to bring two toddlers with us. The bathroom was large and clean, and included a changing table. There were vending machines and fresh pretzels available, as well as Wi-Fi access, a large television, a lot of seating, and reading material. We called ahead and the car we wanted to see was pulled up and ready to go when we got there. The majority of staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated.
