Their customer service was amazing. The salesmen were not pushy at all. He understood our needs, and stuck within those guidelines. He did not try to push anything that was out of our price range or needs. The only complaint I have is for the finance guy. He lied to us, and was very pushy. We went in with a pre-approval letter. He still ran our credit through their lenders. He had to redo all the paperwork, once we realized that he didn't go with our bank of choice, and the interest rate was twice what we had. He was able to finance through our bank, and assured us that the sweet lady from the bank would get credit, since she initiated the loan. That was a total lie! I felt terrible when I found that out. It took 8 ours to complete our sale.
