They were very straight forward. They told me the best price they could do and from what I had seen online it was around the low end. They also basically inspected the car with me and pointed out the smallest little blemishes which made me feel like they wanted me to know everything they knew about the car. The car was also in great condition and was basically new even tho it was 5 years old at the time.
