I have currently 51,000 miles on my Ram 1500 and have had zero issues with it. I drive it daily, and I thoroughly enjoy having it as a truck. It has overall decent quality interior but nothing special. One small thing I do not like abut it is that it does not have a touch screen head unit, so it is not always the most fun to use for connecting phones and music playing devices.

I own a 2016 RAM Rebel, I love the truck capabilities and the hemi engine. I'm happy with the luxury RAM brings to the interior and the "mean" look it has on the outside.
