When I found the one I wanted, he asked if the color on the lot was the color I wanted, because if it wasn't, he'd order me another. I also told him I wanted tinted windows because the car didn't come with that and he got that done before I picked it up. He remembered me a year later when I went back into the dealership for service.

They had the exact car I wanted. They even threw in some upgrades and really took care of me. I had some issues with my tint a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle and they fixed it right up, no charge. I also was able to get free oil changes for the first couple years.
