The salesman was a gentleman and very kind. For full disclosure, I already had a preapproved loan from the credit union, so all I had to do was choose a dealership and a vehicle. After going to a Mazda, Jeep, and Nissan dealership all near the Fairfax Circle Area (looking for a two door sporty, but fun car) I was not treated very well. Eventually I decided to try the Toyota/Scion in Fairfax part of Ourisman franchise. They were excellent. They let me drive the car and didn't pressure me. Since Scions have all the good features without having to ask for them (power windows, power locks, etc) all I had to do was choose a color. They didn't have white, but they told me they were getting one in in a few weeks. I literally was the only person to drive that car. It was everything I wanted, with no pressure. They gave me maintenance for three years and loaner car. I live very close to the dealer, but being able to borrow a car when you drop it off for maintenance is great because you do not have to put your life on hold while having your car serviced. This is the first time I have bought a new vehicle and I will do it again with this dealership.
