This is the second Scion I've owned (the first being a 2008 XD,) and I think the cars are very well made and reliable. I haven't had any major issues, and the maintenance and work done on the car all needed to be done at the expected times for the most part.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I walked in and spotted the car I wanted on the showroom floor. It was a Scion, which has no-haggle pricing. I waited about 30 minutes to complete the paperwork, and ended up with a great interest rate. It was a quick and painless experience, and I'll be back when it's time to buy my next car.
