This dealership actually has a strong attention to customer service. Yes there are some car salesmanship attitudes from the sales folks, but in general I never felt like I was being pressured with sales tactics or strong-armed into buying a particular car at a particular price. We were VIP Suburu Pricing members, so we got a price of invoice less 2%, so there was no haggling over the final prices of the car, which was nice. There were a few balls that were dropped by them and we had to call and return to the dealership multiple times due to our trade in and the Motor Vehicle registration, but these were more of an inconvenience than anything.
