I stopped by on a whim and wasn't planning to buy a car the first time I was there, but he was still respectful and took great care in walking us through the car's features and answering any questions we had. After thinking about it and comparing other models, I really had a great impression of this car and Subarus in general, and going back and negotiating the price was relatively painless. I would recommend buying a car from him.
