I like the Legacy because of how it has performed for me in all sorts of conditions, especially snow and dirt roads. My version of the sedan has a sunroof and heated seats, which really steps up the quality of the interior. Overall, the Legacy is not a looker, but is a workhorse. The engine definitely needs major repairs after 100k, but I'm willing to put in the money to maintain the vehicle. The AWD has been very reliable and for a smaller car, it is surprisingly roomy and comfortable for four passengers.

We purchased this car for my wife as a family car. It has proved to be a wonderful family car and my wife loves it! The only other vehicle she will trade it for is a truck. This car has 220,000 miles on it, and the only issue we (just recently) have is the cruise control went out. No biggie. For a vehicle this age and with this many miles, I am more than excited to have minimal issues with it. We are more than happy with our purchase.
