Used Subaru Legacy for Sale in Scranton, PA

I love my Subaru Legacy for the most part. The vehicle has been great for 75,000 miles so far. I have not had any issues with it other than the fact that it is hard on synthetic oil. There have been about four times now where I was 1,000 miles until an oil change was due and my check engine oil light came on and my oil was low. I took it to the garage the second time it happened and they did a oil usage test but nothing came back wrong. I now have to drive around with a spare container of oil in the trunk and a funnel incase it gets low again. This is not a big deal, however, it is annoying. I personally love the cruise control on this vehicle that will slow down if your approaching a car in front of you.

I like the fact that it has all-wheel drive which makes it great in the winter on bad roads. I've never had any problems even in harsh winter conditions. It also has heated seats which is nice when its cold out. The all leather interior is also nice and helps keep it clean. Although, on hot summer days, it can get really hot inside the car if it's parked in direct sunlight. It has a four-cylinder engine, so it gets pretty good gas mileage. I have had some problems with the alternator though and had to have it replaced. It destroyed a couple batteries until I discovered the route of the issue. It also has severe rust on undercarriage of the car. But, considering its age, and the fact that it's stored outdoors during our bad winters, it's to be expected. Due to the rust, I had to have basically the whole exhaust system replaced about two years ago. I also recently discovered it has a leaking head gasket which basically means the life of the car is coming to end. I've also had to jump start it several times over this past winter, but I think that's mostly because its not driven that much. I'm a pretty tall guy at 6ft, and I have plenty of room inside the car. It also has four doors and is fairly spacious considering the size of the car.
