The Subaru outback legacy is a great little car. It has all wheel drive, which matters a lot for wintertime here in the mountains. For an all wheel drive car it gets fairly good gas mileage. Things that I would change about it if I could are as follows. The body has some rust which, while it isn't as bad as some vehicles, still is worrisome. It also burns oil, which people tell me is to be expected with a Subaru. The interior is comfortable and well laid out. As a commuter I can access all I need comfortably from the drivers seat.

Legacy sedans and wagons, except the Outback (easily added though), sport the grille and multi-reflector halogen lights found on the 2.5GT. A new Limited model joins the 2.5 GT lineup, and a dual-power moon roof package is available for the Outback Limited wagon. Outbacks get new alloy wheels, an overhead console and longer splash guards, while mid-year Outback Limited's with revised trim and added content were dubbed 30th Anniversary models.
