The Subaru Outback is an extremely practical car. This is both a pro and a con. If you do a lot of driving, especially in harsh weather conditions, it would be hard to find a better car. It is comfortable, convenient, good gas mileage, reliable and great handling. However, it is not the sexiest car on the road, and that is something I knew when I purchased it. It came with a terrible paint job, in which I'm still expecting a recall for. They nailed the small features. Dog person. They created a dog fence that bolts into the car. All and all if you're looking for a safe practical car that you plan on driving in all weather conditions, then this is the car for you.

I would definitely buy a Subaru Outback again. When I was looking for a new car I knew I wanted to buy some kind of wagon or crossover style auto. I researched quite a lot of vehicles and somewhat settled on the VW wagon or Subaru Outback. I settled on the Outback for two primary reasons. One, the Subaru was a great price and had a lot of features and secondly, I believed it would be the more reliable car over the long term. They were similarly priced and had similar packages. I really believed I would have been happy with either vehicle, but my additional concern was the reality that I am the type of person that generally keeps a car for a long time. I was worried about past problems I had with older Volkswagens.
