This made me feel confident that the car I was buying was in good condition. Roger, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union and while Roger did offer to see if I could get a better financing deal through them, he wasn't pushy about it. Roger made the whole process easy and smooth. Also, the atmosphere of the entire dealership - from reception to financing - was welcoming, friendly and not pressure or stress inducing.

This dealership has some of the nicest staff. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and don't rush you. They offered me coffee while we looked and didn't ever try to up sell a car. They let me ask as many questions, and didn't mind that I had brought my kids. The best part is they don't care if you test drive them all, I test drove 3 cars while I was there.
