I love the Toyota Avalon! It drives very well, especially in snow and rain (which we get a lot of where I live). I sit very comfortably in it and the sight lines are excellent. I feel very safe in the car, which is important for a woman. The car has not broken down in the past 2 years and the basic maintenance (which we've kept up with) has been very inexpensive. I'm not surprised at any of this. We own another Toyota that is a different model, and everything about this car applies to that one as well. Toyotas are just top quality cars!

I remember piling all the kids in the car to watch the odometer roll over. We got ice cream after.
A Favor
The controls are very intuitive and easy to use. The fan is very powerful and really cools the entire interior. The temperature (different for driver and passenger) is controlled digitally and is very easy to use. I really like all the room I have, too. You can easily carry a family of 6 with suitcases in this car, thanks to the very comfortable back seat and the spacious trunk.
En Contra
I suppose if I had to come up with something negative, it would be the turning radius. The car doesn't seem as nimble as other brands. This is a small trade-off, though -- I would rather have a car that is less nimble and feels as solid as this one does.

This vehicle was my first car. I liked the leather interior and the overall luxuriousness of this vehicle, the v6 that this car was equipped with satisfied my needs for speed and power as well. This car went pretty fast and its a lot of fun.
Historia
One fun and memorable story I had with this vehicle was when all of my friends got into their cars and started screeching corners. It was very loud and there were 2 of us that did it in the middle of the night it was so funny, then cops starting patrolling the neighborhood.
A Favor
The top positive things I have to say about this vehicle is the power it has on the highway, as well as the gas mileage that this car has. I enjoyed the leather seating of this vehicle as well.
En Contra
The top negative things about this vehicle was the sound system quality, and the abs braking. the sub woofers were blown very quickly and it does not sound very good at all. The abs brakes got in the way of me trying to drift corners, but it is a good safety feature.
