Sometimes there are spaces reserved for compact cars. Also, sometimes it is easier to squeeze into a space when you have a smaller car. If you have a bigger car, then you need a space where the car can fit and sometimes you do not have that luxury. Parallel parking with this car was also quite easy. I think the compact nature of this car was a really big asset.
