I purchased my Jetta for the sole purpose of being a run around car. I work from home four days a week and only go into the office one so I really just needed a vehicle that could get me the hour in and out of the office on a reliable basis. My Jetta does just that and not a whole lot more. It has little to no ÒzipÓ or Òget up and go;Ó however, in its defense, once it gets moving, the ride is quite nice. It also is easy on the gas pump, which is a rarity now a days in a non-hybrid car. The interior is nice enough and again for a basic car probably nicer then most. I really think the entertainment center is of a higher quality then most cars in its price range. The Jetta also is surprisingly roomy for a car of its size, and the trunk is big enough to hold just about anything you would want to haul in a midsized car. If you're looking for a solid reliable car to get you from point A to point B and be easy on the gas budget, I think the Jetta would be a great fit for you!

My 2011 Jetta SEL is an reliable, sporty, compact sedan that has the features of most full size cars. It is one of the best vehicles I have owned, and would buy another one in a heartbeat. My Jetta has over 45k miles and still runs like it did when it came off the lot. Coming from a V8 muscle car, I was expecting to be let down when it came to performance but was surprised by get-up and go of the 2.0L five cylinder. I can drive the car like sports car and then comfortably take four adults to dinner. The Jetta has a ton of features and you get the bang for your buck.
