They had a large selection of available cars with an assortment of colors and packages and were willing to find other similar vehicles, if not available, for a nominal fee. Salesmen were available for questions but DID NOT badger the customers. We visited three or four times before buying our Passat and they seem thrilled to see us each time, not exasperated that we hadn't bought yet. The car came in a fantastic condition at a reasonable price, and though they weren't thrilled to negotiate, in the end they were able to match another dealership's prices since we paid cash. Great experience, bought a second car from them a few months later.
