I went to the lot to see a car that was advertised online upon arrival I found out it had just been sold. They did, however, have one very similar that had just arrived. They agreed to fix everything to my specifications, worked with my budget and even gave me a loaner car to use while making the needed repairs.

The dealership offered pretty much everything to make the customer feel like their investment on a car was protected by warranty.
