The Volkswagen Tiguan is a great small SUV for someone looking for the height of an SUV, with the compactness of a cross-over. Prior to owning this car, I owned a Porsche Cayenne and an Audi Q7. Both luxury cars were great, but the Tiguan brings the best of all worlds. Small enough to navigate in city streets and cramped parking lots, but big enough to haul the dog, groceries, and 4 adults relatively comfortably.
