I love this vehicle. Very reliable.
I really have enjoyed driving my Volvo S60. I've owned the car for about 6 years now. My favorite feature of the car is the luxury interior. The leather seats that are able to be heated are extremely nice in the cold winters. I also enjoy the classic look of the speedometer and gas gauge that sits behind the steering wheel. My car also has automatic seat adjustment controls, which is nice. It saves my favorite seat setting so that if anyone else drives the car, it will just go back to my setting. The backseat of my car also folds completely down, which is nice for travel and storing larger items that can't always fit in the trunk of the car.

I came in well researched about the car and I was treated with honesty and respect. I told the associate what I was looking to pay, which was a few thousand below asking price. I gave him examples of similar cars in the area that I had gotten quotes on as well as KBB and NADA estimates. The associate agreed, no prolonged checking with the sales manager, no waiting. They introduced me to the finance department and I told them I was paying cash and so there was no pressure there. I signed the papers, gave them $500 down and they let me drive it home. I came back the following day with a cashier's check and that was it.

The customer service was great from the moment I started looking. I did a bunch of research on the car I was interested in before I went but I didn't even have to talk down the price of the car because it was extremely fair. Once I went to purchase the car they were really helpful and walked me through the whole process of finding me a good loan. Also, they give their customers free oil changes for quite a while after you purchase a car from them.
