They were very accommodating. They had free coffee and things for my kids to play with. They negotiated a good price and were very polite in helping me choose a good car for the family. I felt treated very fairly and was able to feel like I got a good deal. The car has been great and I have no complaints

When I purchased this car, the dealership was not owned by Ourisman. The sales staff were great, but the service department was horrid. They presented a "more enlightened than thou" attitude and practically dismissed everything said by the customer. I have not returned since Ourisman took over, but I will certainly give Ourisman a chance to repair the relationship the previous owners sullied.
