I was given excellent service at this dealership, the people were very professional in the service that they provided. They were courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. I was unsure about my purchase at first, but they were able to sell me by giving me a great deal! This location has the nicest employees of any car dealership that I've ever dealt with and they make sure that the customer is happy. They are always very honest and fair with regard to pricing and repairs. Customer service is excellent, and all details are explained clearly. The staff are down to earth. They genuinely care about taking care of your existing Volvo and extending its lifetime, not just selling you a new car. But if you do want to purchase a new (or used) car from them, they are not pushy, but are very helpful.
