The website was easy to navigate and had an accurate inventory. When we went to the dealership to test drive a car we saw online they got our information quickly and got the car ready. They allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves without a dealership employee in the car so it was zero pressure. They made us a decent offer when we decided to purchase and gave us a fair amount for our trade in. Overall I would use Bob Byers again if I was looking for another Volvo.
