My 2014 Ford Escape is by far my favorite vehicle I've owned. It's the smaller SUV model but feels so spacious and still gets great gas mileage in the city and on the highway. It's got a great eco-boost that makes you feel like you're the king of the road and there's no terrain I wouldn't feel comfortable driving in with it. I love taking it up to our land in the country and we pile in with the dogs and drive about the pastures with complete ease. There's plenty of room for all of our bags, dog kennels, animals and still some extra space!
Story
One of my favorite memories just driving around in my car has to be after picking up my step son and his cousin; We piled in and were traveling downtown and had to make a few curved turns, my husband and I tried teaching them the term "jello" from our childhood riding in the cars and while we mimicked the scenario they just didn't get it!
Pros
The best thing has got to be the interior. Since it is a smaller SUV you expect it to be small and crammed, however every time someone gets in I'm constantly getting compliments on how roomy it is, front seat and back. It also has a great wide front windshield that allows you to have visibility of everywhere you need.
Cons
It's hard to point out the cons since there are so few, however I would say that while it does get great gas mileage, it doesn't get anywhere near what the manufacturer says. For both city and highway mileage, it's still quite a bit under what is advertised on the sticker.

The 2007 Ford Escape XLT is a high enough off of the ground to qualify as your typical SUV yet small enough to enjoy driving and parking in tight spaces such as historical downtown areas. The vehicle has parts that can last for a quite some time with regular maintenance and superficial care. What I like about the 2007 Ford Escape XLT is its ability to maneuver carefully on wet roads and through conditions such as snow.
Story
During the snowy months and rainy seasons, it was more easy to maneuver the 2007 Ford Escape XLT (with four-wheel drive) than with a car that is lower to the ground. As many have experienced, driving one black ice can be a tricky encounter, but I have found this vehicle to work very well even in these conditions. Of course, this has to be done with careful handling of any vehicle.
Pros
The 2007 Ford Escape XLT provides features such as four-speed automatic, it has a quick get-up when accelerating, and travels well on the interstates with about 21 miles to the gallon. It is a four-wheel drive SUV. Also, for a typical three-hour drive (i.e. day trip), one can enjoy filling up the tank maybe only twice. For the most part, it gives good fuel mileage with regular maintenance.
Cons
The 2007 Ford Escape XLT is not as aerodynamic as I would have hoped for it to be. High speeds (especially in places such as Europe) and constant acceleration can actually wear on the transmission, causing frequent replacements if not careful.

They had a large selection of what we were looking for. It was also a nice lobby to wait in.
