Great car, great size, dependable
I love my Ford Escape because it's the perfect size SUV for me. It's not too small, and it easily works both in town and feels good while on a longer trip. It's very quiet inside which was a big consideration for me while shopping for this vehicle. It also "gets and goes" when you step on the gas which is necessary in my opinion for merging into heavy traffic. The heated seats feel so cozy and are a must for living in a cold climate. I love the silver color which is an outstanding silver with no muddy undertones that some cars have. The fold-down split rear seats provide lots of room for me to make Home Depot runs and to take animals to the vet. There is great visibility, too. And again, the size....it's perfect. When I compared it to the smaller SUVs that were more expensive, well no comparison. The only cons I can think of are I wish it had better gas mileage, and I have issue with my tires always showing low air pressure. Also, the Bluetooth does not always work well and will not pair with my phone. Annoying, especially after you just stopped for gas and are trying to listen to your favorite audiobook on a long trip.

Ford Escape
This car is exactly what I need it for, being transportation. Gas mileage is okay and I could downsize to a more fuel-efficient car for more savings. The interior is falling apart and the car requires yearly upkeep, which is common for older cars. The engine light continuously comes on though it has been checked by multiple mechanics and is safe to drive. As a student who often commutes to and from two schools about three hours away from each other, this car serves me well in the commute and rarely breaks down, only occasionally having trouble starting up after a cold night. Aside from the wear and tear that comes with being an older car and not knowing the care of previous owners, the car is spacious, having room for five passengers as well as adequate trunk space for my belongings and hobby items, such as climbing gear, suitcases, and school supplies. I once went on a road trip with four friends and we all fit comfortably, along with suitcases in the trunk. Furthermore, I was able to move myself and one other person into and out of college for four years just using this car, and had no trouble fitting all kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom furniture into the care with all seats in the folded position.

Imperial Ford Mendon

The actual price I paid for my truck was a huge discount from the official price, the salesman I worked with gave me a great discount because I had previously purchased a vehicle there and they really appreciated my return to their dealership. They always have a great variety of options for trucks and cars to choose from too. I also like that it was not to far away from where I live now, so it made it really convenient to head down and take a test drive of some of the vehicles before I made my choice and the staff was more then happy to let me drive out on my own for awhile without supervision to really let me get a feel for the vehicles. Imperial Ford has an outstanding warranty policy as well that keeps me in a secure state of mind if anything goes wrong with my truck, which has rarely happened. The best thing beyond the variety of options is the quality, they have a lot of vehicles but they still manage to also maintain a really high standard for each vehicle they possess and sell so customers like me don't end of with lemons and a lot of hassle.

Sonias Auto Sales Worcester
2013 Ford 975
I would say that my overall experience with Sonia's is 50% satisfied out of 100. I love the car I purchased - it is great looking on the inside and out. I had issues with the brakes, and I took the car to a Ford dealership to get thoroughly inspected. The only issue was the brakes that the official dealership found. I called Sonia's and set an appointment for them to fix the brakes. They painted my rotors silver and also the front brake shoes? Not sure if that is the correct name of the part I am describing. Anyways, the brakes seem to be fixed. My issue was with service. When I brought a friend who was interested in buying a vehicle the sales man suggested I co-sign for her. I was not pleased with this nor did I co-sign for her. Also, I waited over two weeks to have my plates transferred, which involved me meeting up with a saleslady whom took me to the registry and then was suppose to go pay for the inspection but told me they only gave her one check. I was reimbursed later but that involved yet another trip to Sonias.
