My 2015 Ford Escape is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. There is a feature where the car will sense traction loss and engage 4wd. I have never felt so safe in a vehicle while driving in the snow. The inside is roomy and has lots of tech capabilities. I enjoyed the comfortable ride and have had this car for three years and have not had to replace anything. It was a roomy vehicle for a long road trip. There is a turbo engine that uses Fords eco boost to accelerate, although there is a long delay before activation. The car has a small engine, which is a problem for some, but for daily driving, I didn't find the car needing any more acceleration capabilities than it comes with. There are other features including winter weather package and sunroof features. I chose the model with a s... (more)
Story
I watched a modified, suped-up pickup truck try three times to get over a snow mound. Unsuccessful, the truck turned around and found a detour. However, my car easily made it over the trouble area, and I don't even have snow tires.
Pros
I enjoyed the back-up camera and sync technological capabilities. I most enjoyed how it performed in icy or slick conditions. The gas mileage was approximately 22 mpg, which was acceptable to me and my driving style.
Cons
Lately, I have been having some issues with the Ford Sync not connecting to my phone. I am unsure if this is actually related to the vehicle's device or a software issue on my phone. Also, there is a serious lag to engage the turbo engine feature.

Overall, my review of the Ford Escape is above average. The 2016 model is my second Escape and the 2016 has many upgrades compared to my old Escape. I would definitely recommend the Ford Escape to friends, family and coworkers. I would also strongly consider making the Escape my next vehicle purchase.
Story
In my town the white 2016 Ford Escape seems very popular. One time at the supermarket, it took me a minute or so to determine which one of many white ones was mine.
Pros
Top positives for me about the 2016 Ford Escape are the control panel. It links to the phone. I can make calls using the SUV while driving. I can listen to my music and podcasts which are stored on my phone. The rearview camera has really grown on me. It is hard for me to drive another car that does not have a rearview camera. It helps so much parking and backing out of my long driveway. Another feature I like is the driving stats, like MPG and miles until empty. I can't image not having the miles until empty stat.
Cons
The field of view in the 2016 model is less than my old version. I wish it was the same as before. Also, the control panel sometimes goes black and will not come back on until I restart the car. I wish the SUV had a oil change indictor. It's 2017 do I really need to rely on an oil change sticker from Midas! I have a white SUV. This seems like the most popular color as I see the same vehicle all the time in my town.

They had the car that I was looking for at a decent price. There was a few other cars that I might have considered as well. The location was close to where I work, making it relatively convenient.
