They were very accommodating, the loan process was super fast. We came in on a Sat morning to test drive some cars and bought 2 on the spot the other one was a used 2000 Ford focus as well. The follow up after the purchase was great.

We were first-time car buyers but didn't feel like the salesmen was trying to gouge us. Allowed us to take our time test driving vehicles, and lowered the price after we did not accept the initial offer. Car has run great.
