Great SUV
It's a great vehicle without breaking the bank. Plenty of space, comfort and looks great overall.

I really like the third row of seats. I transport a lot of my daughters friends, and it is very helpful. When not using it provides a lot of storage space for when I go shopping. The four wheel drive comes in handy during the snowy New England winters, and makes me feel so much safer driving my children around. I appreciate the tint on the windows in the hot summers. I like the feel of a big vehicle around me and don't feel too stuffed in. I am five feet eight inches and require a lot of leg room, which is easily attainable by the automatic seats. One thing that I dislike about the vehicle, which seems to be a common problem with the Ford Explorers is that the rear door has split into a crack where you open the rear door. It looks ugly, but is still functional. I have seen this on a lot of other Ford Explorers, and my boyfriend also has a Ford Explorer and experienced the same issue. I bought my vehicle pre owned and really haven't had too many problems repair wise. Right now I am experiencing no heat in front, it is only blowing cold air and has a loud clicking sound. The heat works well in the rear of the vehicle, but that doesn't help me defrost my windows.
